We had a fantastic experience with infinity pools on grand river and Novi. Heidi was incredibly helpful from start to finish, Max was always attentive to our needs and Steve’s expertise really showed the final results. The pool turned out beautiful and the whole team made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them .

They closed my pool last summer and just opened it this year as well. They did an amazing job and had recommendations for keeping all our equipment functioning properly for the summer!

One of the worst experiences I ever had to endure they don’t return their phone calls. They don’t complete the job and they give you the runaround if you want to enjoy your pool go with the company that actually will be there to get it done and completed they don’t even deserve a one star.

Update July 2026: After posting this review and filing complaints through BBB and LARA/BCC, Infinity Pools sent me new invoices months after the original project had been paid in full. One invoice was for bond beam repair work with a listed service date from September 2025, and another was for a City of Troy permit fee. I dispute both invoices in full. I did not approve these charges, did not sign a change order or written amendment for the bond beam repair charge, and the original project invoice showed a $0.00 balance after final payment.
