Zak has been amazing to work with! We got two small-ish flower beds done with him and his crew and it came out lovely! I have an infant so I asked for something easy to maintain and he worked with me to find the right plants and even went further to come back/check on the flowers and make sure I knew what to do for maintenance. We got a few quotes for landscaping and theirs was by far the most reasonable. Other companies didn’t make us feel comfortable or seemed to write us off, possibly because it’s a smaller job (even though something that is thousands of dollars doesn’t seem small to me!).…

I do not recommend design works for the poor quality and sloppy service. We engaged them recently for our landscaping project. I had to call them several times to get the fence closed, the irrigation was not set properly and had to call them twice to fix it. They didn’t a good job with hydroseeding, it’s been outsourced to another third party and they point fingers at them without any resolution, it has just been difficult in getting back a proper response. Absolutely bad service overall from the time we engaged.

Finally getting around to writing the review for our backyard overhaul. We've been enjoying it for over a month now and couldn't be happier! The Design Works crew was professional from start to finish and kept us updated and informed each step of the way through a multi-staged project. The work was done right on schedule and the whole team was attentive to detail and stayed in communication for the entire process. It's beautiful work and we would definitely recommend for your future pool or patio projects!

Overdue recommendation, but wanted to give Design Works the gleaming review of our experience working with them last summer. Jennifer who was our landscape designer came out to see our backyard and designed an oasis to complete our new pool/hardscape that had just been installed. She had to work with our town's conservation constraints due to wetlands and offered many native options to make the beds beautiful while also designing non-native plants that we wanted.
