I need help added railing to my new deck we just added. Gavi gave me his cell phone to add pictures. He kept in touch with me and came right over to open my pool and take measurements. I would totally use this pool company over any other company. Their service is impeccable. When I initially start looking at companies the prices were a lot higher and the reviews for service were terrible. So we went with Ambassador. Best regards Teresa F

This is my second summer having my Kayak pool that was installed by Ambassador Pools. Since I have had my pool Greg with Ambassador Pools has been very quick and good at responding to take care of any maintenance work or questions I have. You can call him at any hour and he will take care of any questions you may have. It’s hard to find great 24/7 service like that nowadays. Every time I have a question he is my go to guy. Always has a solution for any part I may need or questions I may have.

I had a great experience! Greg was quick to respond and was ready to help, especially with the hot weather approaching. He took the time to guide me through every step of the process and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I originally scheduled a pool maintenance service, but he strongly recommended replacing my filter instead. I’m so glad I listened because I saw immediate results in my pool! I am on my second year of owning a salt water ambassador pool and my family and I love it. If I ever have any concerns they have been quick to respond and I needed to put up the pool fast so it would be ready for my daughters birthday last summer they came out and installed it within two weeks of me signing the dotted line and in time for my daughters party!

UPDATE: Greg helped make sure issues were taken care of! Had a crew come out in the pouring rain to move and redo the pump. Huge thanks! We just had our pool installed back in April. So far we absolutely love it. Sales guy who came was courteous. Our yard is partially shaded so temps aren't as high as other pools as our family and friends. We still enjoy using it. The build was great and completed in one day. There was some minor miscommunications with the build. We thought we would have steps leading out of our pool which we called AP about. We were looking for a one stop shop pool company. After getting the run around from a couple who wouldn’t even come out to walk our yard we connected with Ambassador. Our sales person Zach was so patient and informative, we signed on the spot. Our pool was completed within a month of signing the contract, the wait time attributed to the wait in permit. Since the completion, we’ve had some follow ups and every single person we’ve talked to has been great! I cannot recommend the product or people enough!!

We are on year 2 of our pool and we love it. We have also had great ongoing service from Greg and his team to open and close the pool and troubleshoot with a newbie pool owner. Very happy with our purchase.
