Our in-ground pool was in need of a renovation due to the rough plaster surface, large cracks at the water line, and failing equipment. I'm glad we found Central Pools because they are professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. We hired them to install all new pool equipment--cartridge filter, chlorine generator, water heater, pool pump along with all new PVC piping. The shape of the pool is the same, but the skimmer and inlet locations were modified to enhance how debris are captured and filtered. We had to remodel our entire pool area in a short amount of time. Justin and his crew made it happen with time to spare even with a lot of rain this past spring. The subcontractors he brought in were right on schedule and professional. Very happy that we chose Justin over the other contractors we interviewed. He had great suggestions along the way.

Justin and Central Pools are incredible. At every step of the way, Justin was honest, blunt, and transparent which helped us understand the options and what would work best in our backyard. Justin is so honest that he talked us out of some more expensive options we were considering by giving his perspective that “this isn’t something I would do because of X reason”. Central pools and Justin were so great to work with. They were true to their time and cost estimates. Justin was extremely responsive and his recommendations were spot on. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were even better than we’d hoped. We have gotten so many compliments on our pool from friends and visitors. We just completed a pool project with Central Pools and it was a great experience. From the beginning, they were prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and scheduling time to come out and see the space. Justin was great to work with from day 1! He was detailed from the very first visit to put together an estimate. He came back a second time to take more measurements and to fully understand the grading and what we were looking for before putting together an estimate which described the various components of what we would need. He listened to what we wanted to make sure the pool and patio would be what we had in mind.
