I was referred to Diamond Pool & Spa by the manufacturer of a faulty pool heater that caught on fire. I initially spoke with Sophia, who organized the replacement from the manufacturer and then the guys came and did the exchange. They are professional, knowlegable and very organized. I will only call them for my pool needs from now on. I am sorry that we had to meet under such awful circumstances but I am glad we did. Thank you for taking care of my problem.

Used Diamond for our condo pool for the 1st time this season. I could NOT be happier with their service! Justin, Matt and Josh were the 3 guys that took care of us during the season. They could NOT have been better at their job. They were all super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Diamond Pool and Spa will be our "forever" team in the future. Sophia was our point of contact and she was ALWAYS quick to respond to questions and kept us up to date on every situation. I highly recommend Diamond if you're looking for a team of great employees to care for your pool!!

Had Diamond pool replace and replumb a pump and cartridge filter for my in ground pool. Matt and George were great, answered all of my questions, and made sure to double check everything to get my pool up and running. The whole process was super in depth and through and I feel comfortable using them again for opening and closing my pool. It feels good to find a good pool company.

I used Diamond Pool & Spa to hang Christmas lights on approximately 26 trees on our front berm, and I could not be happier with the final result. They did a beautiful job, were professional, and efficient. I will absolutely be using their services again. Highly recommend. -Vita D.

I had such a wonderful experience with Diamond Pools! My indoor pool was not in the best shape and Diamond Pools cleaned and treated my pool and now it is crystal clear! They were very efficient and responsive. I have now signed a monthly contract with them for services. I would highly recommend Diamond Pools.
