Brian has been our pool guy for over 3 years now and we couldn't be any happier with him! He's always on time and has never missed an appointment. Plus he's super friendly and very knowledgeable, and always promptly responds if we text or call him. We would highly recommend Brian and his pool service company to anyone!

This company worked for me for 2 years, their work was sufficient, nothing above the average hence there 3 stars, but I noticed during raining season ( and his thanksgiving vacation) they were not coming which I completely understand but were still charging me full payment, when I brought this to Brian’s attention he became very hostile and pass aggressive. His ability to resolve conflict with customers is lacking which is a big part of customer service. If you use this company just have a clear understanding of what you expect maybe a contract. I have used Dickenson Family pool cleaning for over 12 years and what makes them special is communication. If I have any problems I call and I get a quick response back from Brian. I have had them put in a new Jacuzzi heater ,Timers,Lights and pumps in the past. If your looking for professional ,friendly, courteous, and of course Crystal clear pool water you must check out Dickenson family pool service.

I have utilized this business for 8-9 years. Brian the owner is super friendly, helpful and dependable. He can be counted upon to show up weekly and during summer months he’ll do a little extra to keep it looking good. I’ve contacted him off hours when issues arise like with pool pump, vacuum, etc. and he’s always very responsive and helpful. He has also assisted with mechanical repair and his prices are fair. I highly recommend him for your pool servicing needs.

I used this company for many years and they were very reliable and worked very well with us and provided the services we needed. However, for the last year the service has declined drastically. They became very unprofessional and the quality of work declined. When we questioned one of the employees for throwing the debris collected from our pool to our neighbors field instead of using the trash cans we have told them to utilize and also for using a rock to open the filter pump, instead of using the proper tools, the owner of the business decided to send us a text message stating that their se…
