I’ve heard quite a few horror stories about Long Island pool companies, so I did my due diligence before deciding to go with Dingman. Happy to say I chose correctly. Prices are in line with, maybe even a little cheaper than some competitors. Their offices handled the permit process efficiently. The plumbers and electricians they referred were excellent. Their work crews were professional. And the job got done in a timely manner. Mike is very easy to get ahold of, which makes communication of needs and expectations seamless. I rarely leave reviews, but felt I had to for this company. ( I own a construction business so my standards are very high ) They recently did my full renovation for my pool and pavers. Deadlines were promised and executed, Got to enjoy my pool for the entire summer. I am leaving a review now because they just closed it for the season and I wanted to see the entire process between install service and closing. Every aspect from sales to the service is 10/10. I had the pleasure of working with both Billy and Mike — and they were great. My original idea was for a simple, basic pool, but after seeing Billy’s 3D renderings and having some back-and-forth discussions, the vision completely evolved. My old DE filter died just a few days before Memorial Day weekend. I called Dingman pools for estimate, the price was fair and they fit me in on Saturday afternoon. The crew showed up in the rain. Replaced filter which included total repiping of my system. Repositioning pump and valves to a much more convenient layout. Really happy with the work and crew. I was the third job for the crew. Soaked from all day rain they still were very professional and took the time to do the job correctly. Very impressed!!!
