I loved the entire experience of replacing my liner with LI Pool&Patio. I happened to work directly with Krista (the owner), who was extremely helpful in guiding me through the entire process and making my choices very easy to understand. Very accommodating staff in all aspects of the installation (from keeping a small tree that could’ve been in the way of measuring the pool, to providing a sample book of liner choices for us to put in the actual pool and see how it looks). It was my lucky day when I found Long Island pool & patio. If you’ve ever seen photographs of a steel wall pool that is aged, you will run the other way. Long Island pool & patio uses a graphite composite wall and bracing system which is used on commercial aircraft and military tanks. I just changed my Liner after 10 years and the walls of the pool were pristine. LI Pool and Patio did an amazing job transforming our yard! They built a 16x32 pool with XL pavers and stadium stairs, and we also used their landscaping contractor for both our front and back yards. From start to finish, John, Billy, JB, Jose, and the whole team were professional, communicative, and incredibly organized. They kept us updated throughout the process and left the job site spotless every single day. I had to have a liner replaced and had LI Pool & Patio installed my pool many years ago. I would never think of using anyone else for my liner replacement. The team went above and beyond for me, and I didn't even have to leave my house to pick out a liner. From Billy, Janet and the installers everyone kept me informed every step of the way. The installers did an outstanding job, and my pool looks brand new. I highly recommend LI Pool & Patio.

All I can say is they did an amazing job !! From the first meeting with sales to the last step with Installation they were all professional and courteous. We had a large party planned and they delivered and installed everything with a week to spare . I am a returning customer and will always be a returning customer. Thanks again for everything!
