Our pool was a in a very small space. Dominion did a great job of turning an average looking pool into a spa like experience.
Marc (designer) was great to work with from the very beginning. We very quickly established an easy working relationship. He was receptive to our questions and changes as we developed the design of our dream pool. He was responsive to phone calls, emails and texts, sometimes late into the evening. We signed the contract May 17th, after several weeks of visits, changes and decision making. This was our first pool and we didn’t want to rush into it. Today was the day that we started a new chapter of memories, thanks to Debbie and the Team at Dominion Pools! We want to sincerely thank Dominion for making our pool build easy, special and completely painless. At first, we were not sure what we wanted in a pool, so Debbie took our ideas, tweaked a few things here and there and literally created the perfect pool for our family. My wife and I recently moved into our new home. We decided we wanted to build a pool. However, not knowing anyone in the area, Dominion Pool Group was recommended to us! Jody came out and truly listened to our dream and he created it! Debbie the owner has been great to work with so far! Matthew is our superintendent and his attention to detail is incredible. We had Dominion do a pool for us a few years ago. Dan, Debbie, and Matthew were great to work with through the entire process. We are very pleased with the design, quality, and building experience that Dominion provided. There were small issues during the building processes as would be expected, but every one was professionally and promptly addressed. They have also been great about addressing warranty concerns. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new pool.
Beware of Dominion Pool Group... Very minimal communication, the Owners and Employees are extremely incompetent, Pool was built below flood zones, now everytime it Rains the pool floods. DPG refuses to make it right and have Ghosted us! Spent close to 100K and have a very bare bones, poorly engineered and constructed pool... These people should no longer be allowed to conduct business... Simply exhausted and discussed.

Update 3/29. DPG has competed the warranty service and all is in working order.
I had a chance to meet Dan the owner of Dominion Pool Group while working on his roof at his house. He could’ve been a nicer guy or a better customer and through our conversations I found out that he does custom pools and after seeing some of the work his company has done and knowing the character, the man behind the work, my boss decided to hire him for a pool and I’m thinking about it also.
