They have been a lifesaver for me this pool season. We ran into many unexpected issues and they have 100% willingly have done everything they can to help us get our pool up and running for the season. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Michelle Meyers and Michelle Church for their hard work and dedication to the client. The customer care received is top notch to say the least. To say they are "now people" is an understatement. We look forward to continuing to work closely with Douglas Aquatics for all our pool needs. Great job and keep it up!

I’ve heard that this company has new ownership. We’ve used the company for 20 years. Last fall after repeated requests to address weak vacuum in the pump equipment they said we needed to get the filter replaced and they would do first thing in the spring. Spring came and we requested a service call to fix pool in early March. They came out to only to open up pool! Not fix the problems. Additional service call a couple weeks later. They said we needed a new pump and would order it. One month later no pump. Since I had no vacuum I couldn’t clean pool and with warm weather it’s a problem to just …

Paul and his whole team at Douglas Aquatics have been great to work with. In 2025 they replaced my aging liner pool with a beautiful Gunite pool with all the bells and whistles, and a very effective array of hardware and control systems. Pool sanitation and water flow all fully automated. During construction last year and all season long, including reopening this year, Paul, his office staff and pool technicians are always very responsive to any questions and calls for help. I called on July 6th made an appointment they sent Casey out to service my pool I couldn't be happier he fixed every problem I had he was very courteous and very professional this is a great company to do business with and they have great employees but I must say Casey is the most professional person I've ever had come out to my house to service my pool don't hesitate if you have problems with your pool call Douglas Aquatics and ask for Casey to be your guy
