We don’t normally leave negative reviews, but wanted to share our experience to save others some time. We purchased a home with a residential pool that had previously been serviced by Pool Crafters, so they were our first call when we were looking for ongoing pool service. We first reached out on May 14 and followed up multiple times over the next few weeks by phone and text. As of July, we still have not received a quote or a return call. We’ve had a really great experience working with Pool Crafters. Thomas, the owner, has been great to work with. He takes the time to talk through options and looks at the bigger picture instead of just quick fixes. He stays in touch and really cares about getting things done right. Will runs the showroom and has been super helpful anytime I’ve needed something. Hannah has been great too. Thomas & Will actually care about you and your pool! They don't sell you things you don't need! Excellent service and they have taught us new things about our new home's pool system. Friendly. Great prices. I drive over 30 miles one way to go to this pool store and it's 💯% worth every mile and minute of my time! They are the BEST! 👏🏼

This is the best pool company I have come across. What a gem! Thomas has been super helpful with my pump and filter replacement that we replaced our self. We had lots of questions and calls. He even responded to me after hours on a Saturday. We will definitely make this our go to for now on. Super knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks so much!

This company came out when we were in a pinch to get our pool up and running for us. Their technician David was extremely professional and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you from Beulah pool. We don't know what we have done without you

Advertise above ground installation and service, however they do not do that. Businesses should monitor their websites!
