Highly recommend EdgePools! They provide excellent service, vacuum and brush the pool every visit. They analyze the pool water every visit and provide a summary weekly of everything that was done during the visit to include the status of each chemical.

🛑🛑🛑 Read first I’ve been a weekly customer of Edge Pools for several years, but after this experience I can’t recommend them. About two weeks ago, I reported that my pool had extremely low circulation. My fountains, which normally shoot 5–6 feet into the pool, were barely producing a few inches of water. Because my kids use the pool almost every day during the summer, I asked that the issue be looked at during my next service. The technician noted that everything appeared normal. It clearly wasn’t. We've been using Edge Pools for a couple of years and absolutely LOVE their service. We had used two previous companies after moving to FL and Edge BLOWS them outta the water (pun INTENDED). If you're looking for a good, consistent pool service, who show up when they say they're going to and ACTUALLY do the work on cleaning the pool and chemicals, etc, then I HIGHLY recommend calling these guys/ They are locally owned and have also had the pleasure of meeting both the owners (husband and wife) and they are not only GREAT people, but have also become GREAT friends. I used to be EXTREMELY satisfied with this company and recommend them to everyone. When Eddie, the owner, was the one coming out - we were happy with the service. We have been with them for quite some time and noticed the downfall in the quality of service. It seems they’ve gotten bigger (which is great) but with the additional employees and not being such a “small business” anymore- the quality has gone downhill. I’m not sure if the owner is making faults promises or if the office staff is not relaying Messages. I hired this company several months ago to manage my pool. IN January I had concerns. I was told that the owner would look over my concerns and get back to me no one ever contacted me. in March I started noticing that my numbers on their report did not match the numbers that I was getting on my Pool app when I tried to speak to the technician Michael he seemed like it was a huge bother that he had to take his AirPods out. We love the service we receive from the Edge Pools team. We love seeing our pool sparkling clean every week every time they service our pool. Look at the states of service that the Edge Pools has done. 1st picture is the before. Last picture is our pool after the technician finished. The technicians and office staff has always communicated through every service completed. They also serviced the DE filter system, replaced the DE filter system with a new filter system, quoted us for a salt system and quoted us for resurfacing. Edge Pools is AMAZING!! They are so easy to work with and did a very thorough job. We’d been struggling to get our pool balanced and reached out to them for their green to clean service. After just their first visit our pool went from green (top photos) to clear and sparkling. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.
