Rick did some installation of some Venturi pop ups and the Pentair microbrite pool lights(👎) not his fault. He completed the work with pool school. He was very thorough, detailed, and simplified all the instructions for me (pool newbie). To this day 3 years later I attribute my pool’s look and maintenance to his instruction at the beginning. I highly recommend this company. Open a location in the Cypress, Bridgeland, Waller, Fairfield Area. Thanks Rick!

I was in the market for a new pool pump and came across Rick by seeing his company truck and reach out. I’m glad I did. Rick’s customer service is top notch. Very quick to respond via text/call and answered all my questions. Once installed Rick and I went through scheduling and speed settings and he made sure I knew what to do. Also said if I had any questions do not hesitate to call. Thanks Rick for a quick and smooth process. Highly recommend.

As a new pool owner, we had no idea what we were doing. We opted for a cheaper pool company for our first year. When we got frustrated with algae, found out our salt cell wasn’t being properly used and our filters were ruined from not being maintained, i desperately called Rick with Elite pools. Rick knows his stuff. He came out, educated me, told me what was wrong and why. He did the repairs for me and we added weekly service. (Programming, instructions) incorrect instructions on how to use pool equipment, Rick gave me his # “call any time” never answered, ghosted me” If I go out there I will have to charge you. He got sub contracted to give me instructions on how to use equipment. They were wrong and never heard back. Another company had to go out to tell me all the instructions and information was wrong. Got my equipment working correctly with the new company. “Instructions were followed to the T” I have it on video, not user error, when you don’t respond phone calls and texts, it merits 1 star.
