Encore Builders delivered exactly what they promise—100% satisfaction. They were responsive, punctual, and professional the entire time. We made several changes along the way, and they patiently worked with us until everything was perfect. Our backyard went from unusable (major water runoff issues) to a true oasis. Huge thanks to Ozzy, Brandon, and the whole team for making the process easy and exceeding expectations. Highly recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about Encore Builders! My home has been passed down to me from my grandparents and I have always been hesitant to do any work. I like the look and layout of the home but the front yard needed some TLC. I have a large tree which I love and wanted to find a way to work around it. Encore Builders specializes in artificial grass but when I told Brandon and Oz that I preferred a different option they suggested river rocks. It was great working with Brandon and Oz and their crew to complete my backyard renovation. We set up a meeting for them to give me an estimate back in December. We chose encore builders among 5 bids for our backyard. We are very happy with the results. Oz spent time explaining what the detail endured and the whole crew was on time always. Really great guys. Brandon and Oz know customer service. They were available 24/7 to answer questions. I work late hours and was only able to talk via phone late evening- and Brandon always made himself available. Brandon and his crew did a remodel on our 1960's pool, he helped with some great design ideas like decreasing the depth, and installing a VERY relaxing Baja step with umbrella stand (like a very shallow porch, great for small kids and relaxing in a chair) all fitting our retro look of the house. Our situation included a complicated plumbing layout, heater and filter, no problems. His crews have maintained the pool since, they are courteous and efficient, also the dogs love when they are visiting.

The team from Encore Builders did a top notch job. Each day 6 or 7 guys were there working carefully and efficiently. They did around 2200 square feet of Belgard pavers and it completely transformed the house. The price was fair ( much better than competitors) and the results are outstanding!! Will hire them next time for a pool remodel !
