Where do I begin? We had a limited space to install a pool. The first company we contacted was unimpressive - very generalized design plan, and there were hidden costs (e.g., they said the pool equipment would be a separate cost and would not commit to a fixed amount). Thomas Pools and Ronnie were exceptional in every way. Ronnie helped me so much with design and planning, walked me through the process and was present for every step of the process of building a new pool and yard. There was never a day without contact and the pool was completed exactly on time and has made us fall in love with our house again. Ronnie is the most dedicated, warm and helpful person on the planet. Never for one moment regretted using Thomas Pools. Now we just miss seeing Ronnie every day!

We had an excellent experience with Thomas Pools. Eric did a great job scheduling, pricing and overseeing the repairs we needed. The crew did outstanding work on our pool and hardscaping. We would definitely recommend Thomas Pools!
