This is an amazing organization and Mom and Pop business. I was buying an expensive piece of equipment and I was worried that I would be upsold to death. That is not their mindset as they care more about your end goal and the most efficient way for you to achieve it. They were quick in response and in service. I felt that they truly cared about the long-term relationship rather than the quick sell.

I've been using Paul's Pool Service for over 30 years. This week my pool light went out. It just took a quick email to have someone out to fix the issue. The weekly service keeps my pool looking great and the price is more than competitive. I appreciate having someone I know I can trust to take care of my pool. Highly recommend!

We recently experienced an unexpected pool emergency when our pump stopped working. I turned to the Nextdoor app for recommendations and found this company had been voted a neighborhood favorite five years in a row, now I see why! The owner responded within just a few hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had a new pump installed the very same day. He took the time to explain why the replacement was necessary and offered a price that was much more reasonable than we expected. Even though our pump model wasn't one he had in stock, he located it and completed the installation, all in one day. …

Paul's pool service has taken care of our pool for years. They're personable, professional, and very reliable. And they've always gone above and beyond to help in emergency situations and repairs. We can't recommend them highly enough! Great local family business.
