Family Time delivered a complete overhaul of our pool that was built 20+ years ago. We needed a resurface and they guided us through a number of options and we decided on Quartzscapes. We have an incredibly beautiful finish highlighted with a custom abalone shell add that glitters and draws non-stop compliments from our friends and guests. They also completely overhauled our pool equipment and we now are automated and run everything from our phones or tablets. So much easier to adjust schedules, run our lights and features. My pool pump was not working correctly. After having 3 companies look at it, unable to fix it Austin came over and fixed it in about an hour. A few years later, they did some concrete work for me and it turned out awesome. Id definitely recommend them to anyone needing a pool built or repaired.

Absolutely the worst pool company.. I wouldn't recommend them for anything they don't return calls they don't return texts they don't show up and I wish I would have read their reviews before we hired them... Family time pool I think has a two-star rating now absolutely no communication and I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason
