I grew up with this family so when we needed our pool redone it was such an easy decision to go with TradeMark. Our pool was severely damaged when we bought our house so we knew it would be a project eventually and that's why I included the before pictures so you can see what a disaster it was. I will start by saying our pool is beautiful. I'm happy with the end product but not what it took to get there. The process started out smoothly enough. We had our consult at home, then went to the office the next day to see our design, which we loved. We got approved for our financing, and planning started. I could tell right away that lack of communication was going to be a problem. We had to call the office to find out anything. I just had my pool replastered by Trademark Pools. It was a great experience from Stefan coming to give the estimate, to Gustavo and his crews doing each step of the project. They were prompt and arrived when they said they would. The work crews for each step were very good at cleaning up after a days work. My pool was 34 years old and today it looks brand new. I could not be happier.

Use at your own risk! Hired TM to build my pool. Things seemed to go smoothly until the end. They installed the electrical panel in an area where I asked them not to. When I asked them them to move it they refused. They also forgot to install a contracted piece of equipment (chlorine tablet feeder) then, rather than correctly modify the plumbing to accommodate the equipment they refused and instead offered an alternative installation which would only add to the overly condensed plumbing and create multiple failure points and further minimize my access for maintenance. Trademark Pool and Spa did an amazing job with out build. I don’t understand a lot of these negative reviews. They were very professional, and even dealt with my last min requests. One small issue during the build and as promised, they took care of it after the pool was completed! Thomas, our project manager was just simply amazing! Very attentive, communicative, and patient. Had problem with what appeared to be a rust spot from the rebarb while it is was still under warranty ( 10 years ) They would not honor it We had to drain the pool so they could pacth it what started off as a 2 inch rust spot turned into a 12"x12" pacth that does not match the original pool color, They claimed it would blend in over time it's been 2 years not going to happen nit to mention the problem with th pool lights been replaced 3 times gave up haven't had working lights for over 2 years now.

Do NOT hire for commercial pool repairs. Hired to make repair and pull permit. Left testing in-complete and now need to hire another contractor to finish inspection on their repair so that the county will re-open. It took them an excessive amount of time roughly five months for repair.
