From inexperienced pool owner in 2015 to long-term pool owner in 2026, Farrell Pools have been there for us along the way. These guys are great. Bill Farrell was always great to work with and his team exceptional. His brother Rick is the Pool Heater Whisperer - kept old heater alive for years. Any pool heater issue and Rick gets it done. Farrell Pool Service helped us with a renovation of our pool in Wayland two seasons ago. New stairs, new vinyl liner, switched to salt water chlorination, renovated our plumbing and skimmers, added a Polaris automatic pool cleaner. Everything has turned out GREAT. The team was very professional and easy to work with. If you need work on your pool, these are the guys to call for sure.

Do yourself a BIG favor and HIRE THIS TEAM. From the moment I reached out to the owner, Bill - who'd I'd contracted to do some openings and closings in the past - about engaging his company to do a full upgrade (replace the liner, the heater, convert to salt water), the end-to-end service was absolutely exceptional. These guys were great. I was prepared to have my pool deck torn up, but they tunneled under it 6 feet and were able to re-plumb the pool without any concrete work. The work was done fast, communication was good.
