We were very disappointed with our service from Firehouse Pools. We hired them to manage our pool at a short term rental. They charged $400 to open the pool, and sent a message saying "Your Pool is now Open!" with a photo of a very dirty pool with very green water. They came back the next week to service the pool and again sent a message saying "Your Pool Service is Complete!" with a photo of a dirty pool with green water. This company has been the one that I used to close our pool. Had them out to do a job that ultimately did not need to be done. This company is not just good at what they do, they’re honest about what they do. I will promote anyone who has a pool to use them as a company because small business needs promoting, especially when it’s built on a bedrock foundation of trust and good business. I appreciate them and will continue to use them for every pool need I have! Thank you!

I've used Firehouse Pools to open/close pools at multiple homes and they've always done a great job. Also had them install a heater, and have had far less issues than I did with a competitor's installation on a previous pool. Can't recommend their services enough.

Firehouse helped us salvage the pool that came with our house. Good service and price. Answered questions along the way. Highly knowledgeable and great company. Family owned business, so their work has meaning.

Firehouse Pools has taken care of our pool for about 3 years. We love the way they keep it crystal clear and if there is a problem it is taken care quickly. They are the best
