After some extensive research, a couple recommendations, and a few bids, I decided to go with Mike and Five Star Pavers. I gave Mike some pictures and videos of some ideas I had to transform my old sun burnt brick pavers into a modern piece of art work - and he did just that. I had a multiple patio and walkway project in my backyard so I got a couple estimates. I am very happy I went with Five Star Pavers & Pool Remodels! The pricing was very competitive and the process with Mike and his team and crew was professional and seamless! I highly recommend Five Star Pavers &Pool Remodels. I first contacted them a year ago for pricing and quality. We looked at some other companies but knew that Five Star was the right company for us. Mike has been great since day he first came out for our estimate. Easily responds when contacted and super knowledgeable. They have a Great team, from the ladies at the office to the crew. If I could give a million stars, I would!!! Mike came to do the estimate, which was less for marble than others charged for pavers! I went to the showroom which is where I picked out my gorgeous marble. Nick helped me, who turned out to be the Project Manager. He was understanding and professional and nice. The only thing needing improvement (which is critical) is Nick’s assistant…..but ENTER YASMINE! I had one tiny problem with when my shutters were re-hung! YASMINE on her FIRST DAY made it happen!!!!
