We love our backyard. It's a paradise and we get so many compliments. Master Touch Pools was a joy to work with. The attention to detail was amazing. The cleanliness, the professionalism, top notch. After dealing with a frustrating situation for over a year, I cannot say enough good things about Jomar and the team at Master Touch. My pool motor was only two years old when it failed, and I was left stranded by the original company that installed it. We got a few pool quotes. The prices weren’t that big of a difference but Master Touch started and finished way more pools in the previous year than any of the other companies. We’ve heard horror stories of it taking some people years to finish their pool and we wanted to avoid that fate. They said four months and from the time we got permits issued to the completion of the pool and patio, it took four months almost to the day. They actually did 70% or more in the first two months. I have to say it was a terrible experience from start to finish. We attempted to schedule service to check our salt cell reading low salt. We set a date and time and everything seemed in order. The company sent a quote and gave us a reasonable time. The day of our appointment comes and no one shows up. No calls, no messages. I reach out and they say the tech is behind (which we understand can happen). 2 hours later and no update or call. The company is closed the weekend, so I reach out Monday to see what happened and hopefully reschedule. The secretary never got back to us. Today I was sent a…

This pool company doesn’t have your back !! We remodeled the pool with them 6 years ago, maybe more, they have been taking care of it since then, new technicians every few weeks, so one of them kept putting stabilizers and altering the PH of the pool. For months now our pool turns green after day 3 of cleaning, they admit is their mistake!!!!! But yet again they are charging us $300 to correct a problem we didn’t create!! Absurd .. NOT TRUSTWORTHY in my opinion. Once something goes wrong they are all about the money with no accountability.

Had Master Touch handle our full pool construction in Deerfield Beach. From the design meeting to the final cleanup, everything went smoothly. They even helped with the pool fence permits.
