Office person was very nice on the phone. Was able to schedule my service the next morning. My service technician, Chuck, came out to fix my non functioning pool heater. Chuck attended the appointment on time. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done right. I'd recommend this company to anyone with pool problems.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT and TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW!!!! I highly recommend them for all your pool heating and miscellanous needs. Less than 5 days from initial pricing request for pool heater pumps to install. Ryan our tech installer was very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all our questions, comments and concerns. Deb and Ryan account representatives professional and proactive. We can't wait to enjoy our pool and hot tub all year round. Thanks again. Extremely happy customer for life.

I recently added a salt chlorination system and pool automation system to my pool. A representative from Florida Pool Heating came to survey my property and provided me with a quote and i agreed to move forward with the project. I’ve been in this house for some time and over the years I’ve had various people who serviced my pool replace equipment as it failed. INCREDIBLY Knowledgable group. Helped pick the right sized heater/chiller for our needs, along with ensuring the model was one that should last FAR longer than many others on the market without all the extra costs! So far excellent. Full quote was provided on the spot after surveying current equipment and electrical. This is great service as many other companies provide quote afterward and leaves no time for in person questions. We agreed on price and date of service install. The team arrived on time and was finished within 3 hours which to me was amazing. The work looks great and professional. Super happy I decided to go with this company. My pool has already warmed up a few degrees since they left only a few hours ago
