I replaced my old single-speed pump with a new variable-speed model, and Chris made the entire process seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable and recommended the perfect pump for my pool. He completed the installation on his own, and the results were excellent. I’m a very satisfied customer and look forward to working with him for any future pool needs. I needed to have a pool heater repaired and called Chris. He came immediately and diagnosed my problem. He was able to get the parts and worked on it right away. He saved me a ton of money because I thought I needed a whole new unit. Turns out it just needed some new parts. I will definitely call him with any new issues I have with my pool equipment. Very friendly and timely and affordable

Spoke to Chris at 1 PM. He was at my home at 6:30 PM. He quickly isolated the cause of my pool.pump.not working. He also went ahead and replaced parts to make my pool pump run better than before. I'd highly recommend him.

Chris was wonderful. Our pump broke and he was out within 24 hours of my initial call to diagnose our system and find a solution. Communication was top notch. He gave me options and his honest opinion on what he’d do if it were his pool. It’s so hard to find honest people now-a-days and Chris is one of them. 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE: We went with the cheaper “cross your fingers and see if this works” option to see if things would work for the pump, it ended up not working and we needed to replace the whole system. Can not say enough great things about Chris with FNS Pool Service! Finally I have an honest, knowledgeable professional pool technician. Helped me over the phone to try to diagnose before he came out. Showed up same day within hours and troubleshooted the pool heater! Had the part on hand and repaired it within minutes. So thankful! Our pool pump needed an urgent replacement. Chris provided expert advice on available variable speed pump options. He was then able to provide a rapid install . He also helped us customize the Pentair app so that we can monitor our pool from anywhere. Great service and good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Got to meet Chris Welch and he came out And I asked him to inspect the pool and he had to tighten and fix a couple things very minor things and he added some acid and some shock because he thought the pool needed it. I didn’t even ask him to do that. But he’s very fair and very nice to explain everything that he’s doing what you need to do to keep your pool up on chemicals, which I really appreciate it Definitely a fair priced I would hire them again

This gentleman serviced our pool quickly, and was extremely knowledgeable in all areas. I called him in the morning, and he came out same day. Communication was excellent Very kind, and trustworthy. Our pump abruptly stopped working and was entrapping air. We went through every possible scenario in detail. He was able to diagnose the issue and supply education regarding continued maintenance/management of our specific issues. I truly appreciate his professionalism and politeness. Thank you!
