What a great experience. On time, knowledgeable, professional. Once the leak was detected in the waterfall area Ryan put his skills to work. I've used Aqua Leak several times and always been happy. Recently my pool was leaking about 3/4 of a inch every 24 hrs. Aqua Leak came and found several leaks and told me to monitor the pool. In between severe cold nights and rain it took me 2 weeks to see that the pool was still leaking although much better than previously. I called and they came out and found a very unusual Leak along the skimmer seal. For the first time my pool is no longer leaking. They are very professional and very efficient. No doubt in tine I will use them again because over time all pools Leak.

I called this company because they were highly rated. Their sales people and technicians were always courteous, informative and professional. Unfortunately, they came out 3 times, made various repairs and my pool is still leaking. I am a seasonal Florida resident. A few days ago, I was told that I did not contact them in time and their guarantee to find my leak has expired. I need to pay again if I want someone to come out and try to find the leak. I’m disappointed by the time and money wasted and still don’t know what is causing the leak.

Had them out a week ago for leak detection. Supposedly found leak and implemented "temporary" fix. Now pool is leaking more water and faster. They scheduled a technician today to reevaluate. Never showed, never called. Very expensive non-fix.
