Best pool service I’ve had after two previous companies. Freedom Pools/ Pools Ect. merged about a year or so ago and it continues to provide outstanding service. Lately I consistently have had the same pool technician ( Francisco) every week to handle the chemicals ( I do my own pool sweeping and debris cleaning) and he’s very knowledgeable and approachable with questions and offers advice when asked. After the merger it took a few months to get the same technician consistently every week as they worked out their schedules. Hopefully the consistency continues. What I like about having Freedom…

About 2 years ago I switched to Freedom Pool Services because my former service was not getting my pool very clean. Ever since I switched I have had no issues with Freedom. The serviceman always comes when he is scheduled, leaves an email when finished and the pool is always clean to my satisfaction.

Freedom Pool Services are quick to respond to your needs. Their Technicians and office Staff are very knowledgeable and efficient in what they do. I had an old pool heater removed and a gas line capped at a reasonable price after much searing on line. The Technicians that came to my home are very respectful and be polite. I recommend Freedom Pool Services!

I was unaware Pools Etc was now part of Freedom Pool. So when I called to make an appointment to have my filter cleaned I had to ask if I was calling the right place. I also didn’t know I was receiving email quotes from Pools Etc. I kept looking to see an email from Freedom Pool. I also got texts from Pools Etc. but thinking those were fishing texts I didn’t reply initially. I did reply the second time asking if this was Freedom Pool. But I got no reply. My point is that it’s confusing to go by two names. When I called Freedom Pool, the person answering the phone should also explain the compan…

I couldn’t get our pool pump to turn on. Alfredo came out and quickly noticed one switch was in the off position. (Dumb mistake on my part) While he was here he checked all the equipment and made recommendations and we quickly ordered some supplies on Amazon. Alfredo was friendly and knowledgeable. Because I’m taking over the pool maintenance that my husband used to do, Alfredo gave me a tutorial and also used a sharpie to identify what the switches controlled. Very helpful and much appreciated!

I emailed Pools Etc. with photos of the work I needed done. They emailed me a detailed quote and a potential start time. I really appreciated their not needing to send a field rep to physically inspect the pool and its surroundings before making a quote. This process saved me a great deal of time. The actual work was beautifully done and completed in a timely fashion.

They did a fantastic job cleaning and maintaining my pool. I’m moving to a house without a pool, otherwise, I would absolutely continue using them. Highly recommend their services!
