Requested a pump warranty assessment only. No service appointment was ever scheduled or confirmed through their Indian call center. While I was out of the country, a technician entered my property without permission - jumping a locked gate - and performed unapproved work (cleaning a pool filter). They then attempted to invoice $125 for that service. Worse, the pump - the original reason for the assessment - was improperly sealed, causing the system to draw in air and putting the pump at risk of damage. Alfredo did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a leak in our spa. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He discussed his solution with other technicians to improve confidence that it was the correct solution. He was on time and efficient in his work. He patiently helped me download and set up the app to control my system. He made sure I knew I could follow up if I encountered any problems. I can’t imagine a better experience solving a problem I’ve been dealing with for quite some time. Thank you Alfredo. A job well done. I will definitely request him personally if I have needs in the future.

Alen and Clint were amazing in upgrading our pentair VSP and pentair intellicenter. They went above and beyond what I was expecting for service. Job competed on time and exactly as described. They also provided a ton of valuable information on maintaining the system and resources for saving money on maintaining the salt cell.

I met Jose and his crew. They were very helpful and told me that they could not install an electric pool heater based on my configuration. They referred me to another contractor that was more suitable. I applaud Jose’s directness and will to help. Highly recommended based on integrity alone

Now that Freedom Pools is part of Pools Etc I was concerned about the service but Allen and Drew are part of Pools etc and the service Allen provides is top notch. Allen fixed a light that was under warranty and installed a cable to control my inteliflow vs pump, something my prior contractor didn’t do correctly. I’ll continue using Pools Etc as long as Allen is providing the service for my future pool needs.

We appreciate having the same gentleman cleaning our pool every week and Coming on a day that works for our family And work schedules. we recently had a pump repair, and we’re not sure if the price was competitive or not but everything seems to be working fine.
