Travis is so amazing. 6 years ago he replaced a cleaner/booster pump for my family. It's having issues now! He gave me advice on what to check since I no longer can afford pool service! 6 years later and he still provided customer service to me! 10 stars if it was an option. Thank you Travis! So I have been using this company & Travis and his son for some time now. Lately I noticed my bills kept going up and up. From $190 "the original promised price to $365 a month. I kindly asked Travis to get me invoices for the last 5 months to see what I was charged. He immediately got defensive, and said: "We're not trying to screw you". That to me was a red flag. After 2 weeks of waiting for the invoices. They send me invoices showing they raised their prices for supplies, trip charges, and 5th week cleaning. Hey just wanted to leave this for people to hear, had a few things needing repair on my 15 year old pool here in Frisco and Travis and his assistant did a great job. Fair pricing, quick service, and professional. Really appreciate his expertise and highly recommend.

If your pool service is as bad as your employees driving I'd demand a refund. I passed your guy then he passed me to get in front of me to slow down, then he would not let me pass by getting into the lane I wanted in. Shows a character problem, no?
