Called a few of the top pool builders on Yelp. Frontier was the first to come out for a quote, best price by far, and the quality of my pool is top knotch. I have already recommended a bunch of friends and coworkers to Frontier because of the great job they did . Bernadette, Augie, and Shilo are all great to work with and they went above and beyond my expectations. Augie and Shiloh were referred to me by two different prior clients. Both people raved about the professionalism and quality of work by these two men. They quoted me a fair price for pool, deck, and landscape (and all my research online said to make sure that your contractors were familiar with Title 24 rules- which they seemed to have it all memorized). They also were extremely kind in that they never tried to “upsell” me. They simply educated me on options and scenarios where things might be important. Working with Frontier was a great experience. Shiloh and Augie were very attentive to everything we asked for in our design. Throughout the process, Shiloh was extremely easy to contact and work with. We appreciated the honest timelines and when to expect work to be completed. Very happy with Frontier Pools. Auggie, Bernadette and Shilo are great people …. a family run business. Best price in the AV hands down. Quality workmanship and care for the customer. Very happy with my pool, hot tub, custom rock edging, custom tile, stamped/dyed concrete decking, color plaster, Pentair equipment.

Before signing a contract with Frontier Pools, I had a couple of other contractors come out and give me a quote. Let me tell you, Frontier Pools (by far) had the BEST unbeatable price. From day one, everyone was so helpful, polite and professional. The process itself can be very stressful, however, Shiloh, Augie and Bernadette made it everything so much easier and stress free. Horrible pool company. I had a pool put in a couple years ago and it’s been a nightmare ever since for me and my family. The equipment (waterway oasis) they put in to control the pool is absolutely horrible and never works. The pool runs for hours and I can’t turn it off or control anything to do with it. Filter leaks from time to time and everything about this pool is horrible!!!! Been told by multiple pool cleaning companies that the product frontier pools uses is extremely cheap and won’t last. Wish I knew all this before I paid $70,000 for this junk pool. My recommendation, spend more mone…

We met with Auggie and Shiloh and decided to go with Frontier Pools. Everything was going well until my husband, who works on numerous construction projects, questioned some of the pipes that were used for our spa. Auggie was very attentive and remedied the situation immediately. His son Shiloh, however, began threatening my husband and making accusations about him that were completely untrue.
