The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Clear communication, realistic timelines that they actually hit, clean job site every day, and zero surprises on the back end. Their crew showed up on time, worked hard, and treated my property with respect. On top of the craftsmanship, the whole team at G&S Custom Pools is genuinely helpful, kind, and courteous. They answered every question I had, walked me through each phase of construction, and made sure I understood how to care for my new pool once it was finished. We had a great experience working with G&S. The process from beginning to end was completely seamless, all coordinating was done through my builder keeping it stress free for me! I also appreciated being able to choose whatever selection I wanted without feeling as though I was being up charged.
