I had a disappointing experience with this company. During the winter service, the technician stated that the pool system had been fixed. I trusted that assessment and did not check it until April, when I discovered the issue had not actually been resolved. The regular pool cleaning service also seemed very minimal and did not meet my expectations. When I was contacted customer service to discuss the issue, the interaction was unfortunately not productive. This place SUCKS!! We paid for services and our pool was never cleaned properly for months. Always cloudy and or green. They never vacuumed the bottom! Completely unsatisfied!! We told them we weren't happy and they sent someone out to "fix" it but it never was clear! We fired them almost a month ago yet still being charged for a job that was never complete ...

I had an emergency come up recently, and their service was incredibly prompt and efficient. The staff were not only friendly but also very accommodating throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated how quickly they responded and the helpful advice they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking expert guidance or dealing with a pool emergency. I called the pool guy out to blow out rocks in the pipes,and water is not circulating good and no pressure on the gauge. They didn't fix the problem and didn't have the parts so I had to order new gauge and gaskets but it didn't fix the problem and they still charged me 180 dollars....had to call another pool company to come out and clean out the return line and get pool circulating that the pool guy couldn't do
