Great experience! Kenny (look for the Hawaiian shirt) and team were quick, friendly, & knowledgeable. They made sure I got what I needed without overselling anything. They also took the time to advise on how to use it all and helped get it to my car. Highly recommend for any pool needs. Brought a sample from my pool and their onsite test took less than 5-minutes! I had a great experience with Gibraltar Pools. I needed my pool repaired and they sent out the great Marcelo to get me up and running in one day. I got great advice along the way too. I ask lots of questions and the service manager Mike answered them all straight and to the point. Thank you so much--was able to have the pool up and running for the recent heat wave!

When Jay first came out to Worcester to look at my hilly backyard he shook his head at the possibility of putting a pool in a backyard with no driveway and no access to heavy machinery to install it but kept an open mind and I talked with him and I explained my situation and before you knew it they started planning and measuring the site. Within a month they had the materials delivered and within 2 months had the pool completed ! These guys were outstanding. The process from the beginning was communicative, transparent and painless. They came way up to the middle of no where new Hampshire, and when my water delivery guy failed to show, the crew stuck around til the water was filled from my hose to an acceptable level to finish the liner install. The guys said they weren't leaving til the job was done. Thats rare and so appreciated. Thanks guys.

I was pleasantly surprised by how my experience was with the retail staff at Gibraltar Pools. I had heard and read many negative comments. Keylan and his coworker were great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the products they are selling and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you for a surprisingly great experience.

This was the worse purchase that I’ve made. You need to read the contract very carefully as it can be misleading and what the seller tells you is not always true. Purchased a 6’x24’ pool about 8 years ago. They told me that the liner had a lifetime warranty and that if anything happened, they would replace it at no cost. I went into the purchase confident because of that statement. Last week, I noticed that the liner had a whole on the edge. Nothing has fallen or damaged the pool. I proceeded to calling Gibraltar and they informed me that it will cost me about $2,600 for the liner and the inst…
