My 18' round above ground pool needed a liner replacement. After reaching out to another pool company only to be ignored I contacted Pool by Us Plus. Melanie got back to me in about an hour of leaving a message. She was so nice to talk to on the phone and thoroughly covered all the information needed. Al and his crew were also great to deal with on the day of the installation. They evened out and compacted the sand, installed a liner pad and the new liner, new skimmer and return. The whole job only took them about 2 hrs. to complete. I can't recommend them enough.

We had a new pool installed by Pools By Us Plus and the entire experience was excellent. From the initial phone call with Melanie, we found them to be very knowledgeable, thorough, precise and informative. Overall communication throughout the process was outstanding. On the day of installation, we met Al and his crew and were very happy with everything that they did. From the minute they arrived, Al, Sean and their crew explained everything that was being done. Melanie and Al saved my pool! My pool has been in really poor condition for a few years now and I’ve been seriously considering whether to just tear the whole thing down. They came in and fixed everything, from metalworking the rusty areas to compacting the uneven sand to setting up the new liner. Melanie was incredibly communicative and transparent throughout the process to ensure I understood everything I was signing up for and Al was happy to answer any questions with his wealth of experience throughout the install. The work was efficient, high quality, and I can’t wait to use it!

A family member recently purchased a pool from EZ Test in Derry, NH. They used Al and the crew at Pools By Us Plus for the installation and couldn’t be happier. Al, Melanie and their crew are top notch. They are not the cheapest pool installers, however, as they say, you get what you pay for. They instilled confidence from the beginning to the end. We could not be happier with our beautiful pool. We highly recommend them.

This is my 2nd experience with Pools By Us Plus. Melanie and Al recently installed an 18x33 replacement pool for me. They were very responsive since my first phone call. Melanie set up a few phone meetings with me to answer all my questions and concerns. She is excellent at making sure everything is understood by both parties to ensure a smooth experience.
