Are the tennis courts playable? Yes! Does the building have a very asbestos feel to it? Yes! Can you park your car in some or most of the potholes getting here? That is also a Yes! This place is an absolute dump!

Bob Thomas the owner is not that nice of a guy he can be nasty. I was a member with my grandfather a while ago like in 2004. My grandfather even told me he don't know how to talk to people as an owner you should know how. The place the whirlpool would always be dirty. The the place is like 1980 it never got modern it stayed the same. But yeah the whirlpools always dirty. Back of 2004 there was a guy named Tim that worked there he wasn't that nice either. I don't know if we will ever return. I'm disabled due to bipolar with anxiety autoimmune & connective tissue disorders causing anxiety and Chronic pain. My Doctors recommend I swim and yoga. Over the summer an older WOMAN working the front counter gave me some stink about how HOF wants to charge me extra for using the outdoor pool in the SUMMER. What the hell does it matter when MY UNITED HEALTHCARE COVERAGE pays the bill? Especially when I'm paying nearly $300 month for my Medicare advantage plan. HOF needs better owners & management. This facility has a lot of potential but management seems to lack resources to make this place shine. Indoor temperature is heavily weather dependent, seating is nice that it's elevated but viewing from the goal end only is sub optimal. The ceiling is falling apart, and there's safety netting for fall protection, but the curtain cables deflect the ball during play, which is unfortunate. I would love to see a fraction of the funding from the HOF village be used here.

The place itself is ok. Could use an update on the inside of the building and it is a bit chilly and the road going to the place needs fixed as the potholes are ridiculous. City of Canton needs to do better
