Working with Hannah Outdoor Designs was very easy. We had a backyard that was nothing but weeds and very uninviting, and didn’t really know what we wanted to do. We just knew we wanted to make it much better. Zach was able to come in and offer up a complete package based on our budget, with recommendations for the various plants, trees, and hardscaping to turn our backyard into place to gather. We changed our minds a few times during the process and he was able to make changes on the fly with very little hassle. We love the overhaul and so do our dogs! Before and after pictures below.

Zach helped to bring our outdoor living space vision to life (first picture is the "before" and the remaining pictures are the "after")! He was with us from start to finish and communicated every step of the way. Helped us select the beautiful porcelain pavers for the new patio and made a great suggestion on the Mirador pergola that we ordered for his team to install. To make it a beautiful clean look Zach and his team graded the lawn a bit and installed sod. Our family is thrilled with our new space! Hannah Outdoor Designs recently completed a water remediation project for me. The project included underground drainage for two downspouts as well as gravel trench to mitigate any water pooling due to grade sloping. Overall, I am very happy with the final end product. There was a small mishap of my internet cable getting cut at the start of the project but Zach was very apologetic for the inconvenience, took responsibility quickly, and ensured me they would cover any cost for repairs. Mistakes happen in projects, but I was put at ease by Zach’s handling of the situation and communication. It …

We had a great experience with Hannah Outdoor Designs. The communication was terrific. They showed up on-time from the quote stage throughout the project. Throughout the project they checked-in, and were accommodating. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them.

We are so pleased with our new backyard installed by Hannah Outdoor Designs! Zach and his team were great to work with from start to finish. He listened to what we hoped to achieve and made suggestions to improve upon our ideas. Communication was great, the materials used were exactly what we wanted and the sod and shrubs are all growing beautifully. The transformation is beyond what we hoped to achieve and we're outside everyday enjoying the space. We can't wait to have Zach and his crew come transform our front yard in the spring!

Zack and his crew did an amazing job! Zack knows his stuff and is very honest and transparent. He is not afraid to say no, and doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. He is very involved every step of the way and after the project is complete, he still checks in or responds to questions. His crew was hardworking and respectful of our property.
