We love our pool! I needed a capable team who would take care of the whole project from day 1 and J&M was the best. Other companies may be able to do an install cheaper, but the trust, quality, and confidence in the work I got from J&M was worth every cent. Ask for designer Natalie Crenwelge, Patrick Studley from sales, project manager Ryder Willard, landscapers Craig Haugh and Matt Moore -- they were my all-star team on this entire project.

The team at J&M Pool is absolutely the best attentive professional folks I’ve ever dealt with !! I can’t say enough great things about the amount of attention paid to detail and how much energy was put out to get the job done! Craig and Alden and Jarrod were so knowledgeable and friendly and always answered all my questions quickly! We had an entire reconstruction of our entire pool done and it is now so beautiful! I commend all the hard work and time they devoted to our project! What a team!

J&M pool did the best work for me. From the start , they took great care in providing quality service in response time, scheduling, answering questions and working with my personal schedule. Their office personnel, contractors and especially Nathan, my project manager were AWESOME! Nathan always texted me before I could text him. When any situations that developed from weather to equipment delivery, he always kept me informed of the time frame required and KEPT appointed times. I would definitely use J&M pools in the future . Great Company. Great Staff. Great Experience!

Here’s a polished and professional review: I highly recommend J&M Pools! Rich came out and was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my pool and filter system. He answered all of my questions, provided honest recommendations, and offered a clear solution without any pressure. I truly appreciated his expertise and excellent customer service. Our Pool Remodel Project Turned Out Beautiful! I learned a lot about pools, repairs and all the hard labor it takes to make everything just right. Our project manager Alpha was on top of things and I can't say enough about the great customer service he provided for his company. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Alpha was a pro and made sure we were satisfied with the end result. The liner is a beautiful blue. The new concrete stairs look amazing. The stone work around the edge of the pool and the custom paint for the concrete pool deck resurfacing make the area look new. The workers …

We have used J&M for several years now and it has been a pleasant experience. When we left Expert Pool, our pool was a gross green color that looked more like a national reflecting pool than a backyard swimming pool. When they took a break from their phone, they said chemicals were scarce and that's the best they could do. But then J&M came, did one test, and took the time to show me what was wrong. The JM Pools team made a life long dream come true. Started with a 3D design to transform our once unused small backyard space into an incredible oasis. We also used their landscaping team to transform the space around our pool. They did a great job solving all problems and working closely with us every step up the way.
