This company represented to me that they did pool installations and remodels. This was not the case as all contractors who came to my house worked for California pools. The pool remodel took 5 plus months despite numerous promises and deadlines. Plus the recommendations for various things such as the depth of our Baja shelf were contrary to industry standards which we learned only when a sub contractor showed up and said "oh no you don't want that." When the California pools guy showed up and said your Baja shelf should be only 10" we then had to pay extra for the additional concrete we were …

The pool looks good, but the pool equipment connections they did leaked and promises made weren't kept regarding filling deck cracks, even though I've asked about that a number of times and was assured it would be done.
