We really loved our experience building with Harpe. Before deciding to go with Harpe, I had reached out to several other builders, many of whom never responded to my emails. Chris responded to me promptly and was very patient with me as I asked for several price sheets and changes to his design proposals. I appreciated the in-house design studio where I could pick out paint colors, carpet, tile, doors, counter tops, flooring, etc. all under one roof- no traveling to different places. We could not be more pleased with our custom build experience with Harpe Development. Our home is absolutely beautiful, and we receive many compliments. In 2020, we began the process of looking for a builder to build a new home for us. After looking at several different companies, we decided to go with Harpe Development. Between sky rocketing prices and supply chain issues, we were concerned if we would get in the house on time and stay within our budget. Harpe worked with us every step of the way. Just finished our Build with Harpe. Five Stars all around. Great Quality and communication with the Team. If you are looking for a quality reasonably priced builder, Harpe is the way to go. We even got a decent check at the end for surplus funds the Builder did not end up using!
