We will be enjoying our 11th year of our backyard paradise! We can thank Bob's Pool Builders for that! They were a pleasure to work with when we installed. Prices were competitive and their customer service was wonderful. The best part is that customer service has continued throughout the last 11 years. If we have a question, they answer it quickly! If we need assistance, they make house calls! When we had issues with a part due to a manufacturer's defect, they helped us with the warranty to get us our replacement for free. From the initial planning of our project, to the annual maintenance and occasional support calls, the team at Bob's has been exceptional. We love the pool and are about to enjoy our fourth summer. Bob's Pool Builders installed our beautiful pool six years ago. They did a fantastic job with the installation and have been awesome in providing us with our yearly maintenance needs. All of their team are very friendly and they are great to work with. Our goal in installing a pool in our yard was to provide a place of fun and enjoyment for our kids and 16 grandchildren. As you can see from the picture - it worked!
We are heading into our 12th season with our Bob's Pool and can't wait for more poolside fun with family and friends. Our Wisconsin pool season is a little short, but we pack a lot into it. We are preparing for our sixth summer with our pool from Bob's. From the initial design consultation to follow-up yearly maintenance and support, Jeff, Patti and their entire team have been outstanding! Bob's Pool Builders Inc in Sullivan saved us! We bought a home with a pool. It needed work including a new liner and plumbing. Rob and his crew were amazing and fixed everything. I just moved into my home and did not know anything about pools, I still don’t know anything about pools. What I do know is that, Bobs Pool Service in Sullivan, Wi has been a blessing for me. They helped me through bad weather and my pump not working!. They are available by phone when there is a problem. They come once a week to maintain my pool and I am very happy!. You will not regret purchasing a pool from them and maintenance after.
