We wanted to go with an established company for building our pool so we went ahead and contracted with HDL. They presented a design that met our needs and within reasonable market price. I had direct contact with the team including Mr Tony De Leon; they were always good in taking my calls and communication was good (Note that sometimes I am impatient and always want to push things to happen). We have waited very patiently to give a fair review, as we understand things happen. However it’ll be a year in May since we started this project and we are extremely unsatisfied! Our pool project was started by HDL Construction, LLC. on May 7th, 2021. We didn’t want to go to just any average Joe, as we wanted to make sure we hired a company that was recommended to us.
