Hobert has just finished the 2nd pool they've built for me, the last one was 13 years ago. I went with them after talking to 5 different builders because they did well on the first one. The sales rep, Dean, was very knowledgeable and experienced, but most importantly he was very easy to work with. The design was collaborative, efficient and open to modifications. Hobert is the best example of a pool builder company! From our first appointment with our sales consultant Chris we felt confident with his expertise and design skills. Our project manager Tony was excellent; from the front desk, scheduling, to every single worker or team that showed up all were top notch. Group texts and emails kept us in the loop. It was like a choreographed dance that turned our dream into an outside oasis. I feel like they lost money on us! We are even using their pool cleaning service now.

This is the 3rd pool I have had built and overall the best experience. I had a small space which presented some challenges, but Chris came up with a beautiful design which utilized the available space effectively. The project also included an overlay which was applied to the existing patio. The overlay turned out beautifully and flows well with the pavers around the pool. The communications during the process were excellent and timely. We had a challenge to overcome at the end of the project, but Hobert resolved the issue. I would recommend Hobert and would use them again.

Hobert Pools was our choice for our pool. They were reasonable in pricing and worked with us to give us what I believe was the best product for our needs. As a Contractor it’s hard to put your trust in someone else to schedule construction activities at your home. From the very start, everyone at Hobert Pools was professional and proactive when it came to scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors while my in-ground pool was being constructed! Prime service deserves a review. In my case, Hobert Pools delivered nothing less than prime construction of the pool and its deck, end to end. Price was great, execution was timely and flawless, responsiveness and care was always present, quality of materials and equipment are upscale. I wanted an all-in contract and only had 2 hickups: putting the fence back to order was not included in the contract and I had to add it as an extra when it was needed, and the sod recover was estimated and contracted as 2 pallets, but I needed to shop around and hire 3 additional pallets for full restoration.
