We had an exceptional experience using pool stop to make our dreams become reality with our pool design. I was very specific on things that were important to me and they made sure it all happened. Even after completion of the pool, anytime I contact pool stop with questions, they immediately respond and resolve any concern I may have. Victor was excellent at keeping us informed and making sure everything was being completed correctly. I truly love just being able to hang out and enjoy all of our outdoor space now. I can't say enough great things about poolstop. We purchased our first home and the pool needed to be re-plastered. Pool stop gave us a great quote and were able to get exactly what we wanted. Everything happened exactly when we were told it would. Victor, our PM always answered my thousands of questions and really seemed invested in our pool and backyard as if it was his own. Afterwards, Jordan also graciously answered my millions of questions and kept our pool healthy. I go in regularly to get the pool water tested for free and that way I know what needs to be added. We absolutely loved working with Pool Stop on our pool project. Landon was fantastic to work with and truly helped bring our vision to life. Once permits were approved, they moved straight into construction and they moved fast. As someone who works in construction, I really appreciated the efficiency and professionalism. The BuilderTrend app was a huge plus. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. Andrew Stuetzle does a great job every time he works on our pool and pool equipment! He is honest, hardworking and totally professional.
