Would like to thank The Blue Lagoons for an awesome experience with our pool resurfacing project. We had multiple companies come out and give us a quote and The Blue Lagoons was very competitive. From my initial consultation with Austin, the communication with the project managers and office staff, the teams that did the tile and plaster, and the service getting chemicals and startup going the full process has been professional and quick. I would highly recommend The Blue Lagoons to anyone in the area for any project you may have for your pool.

Our experience with this pool company was amazing! They were not only on time and efficient, they also communicated with us every day, did professional /artistic work, helped us with design, tile selection, and responded to every question we had. We love the results of our re-do which included removal of old tile and replacing with new, rebuilding a wall, creating a new structure for partial perimeter coping, and re-plastering the entire pool and spa. The team at Blue Lagoon was so awesome to work with through my pool remodel project. The communication and willingness to answer all of my questions was incredible and the work product and quality is superior. I am very happy with my upgraded and beautiful “new” pool. The Blue Lagoons Pool and Spa were exceptional throughout the entire process. Katie was great to work with on the design. She was the one that set the tone for the whole project! Todd followed it up with incredible attention to detail and was on site throughout the remodel. He was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was completed exactly as it should be. Would highly recommend Blue Lagoon! We interviewed several builders and are glad we chose Blue Lagoon as they were the most detailed, reliable, and trustworthy. I want to leave this review to explain how bad the service department is at The Blue Lagoons. I am beyond frustrated with the service I received. The service technician left all of my gates open after completing the work, which caused my dogs to get out and run away. This was careless, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I contacted the office to address the issue, I felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously.
