Horizon Pool and Patio in Wellington, FL has been incredible to work with, John especially. He got our pool looking beautiful again and made sure everything was running perfectly. He recommended a new filter, which we already knew we were long overdue for. He had it for us the next morning. We then had a brief power outage which threw our pool pump timer off and we couldn't figure out how to reset it. John went above and beyond-he came back out promptly and handled everything for us. He even took care of it while we were out at an appointment, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I…

This is a locally owned family business. I have been using them since 2012 for pool repairs. They are an excellent business, very friendly, and very responsive. My pump just went down and I had them upgrade my whole system. Because the pump was down, they came out quickly to repair the pump. They gave my system a total overhaul but only recommended what they felt need to be replaced. In others words, there were valves and actuators that I thought needed to be replaced that they told me was not necessary at this time. Horizon re did our pool & spa re-surfacing with new tile added and a spillway from spa to pool - working alongside Pup Pavers (see photos). Jesse was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't be more helpful. He frequently rode the long distance from Wellington to Jupiter to show us samples or help us with a decision. They were on time and a good price for quality work. I think this is a family business, so he has a vested interest in making sure the service is A+. The guys at Horizon are top-notch. Highly knowledgeable. They have helped me a few times in the past but today I am especially grateful to have them in the neighborhood. Special shout out to Jess he told me exactly what I needed to do to repair a busted union nut in a tricky situation. It feels good to be able to tackle things on your own as a home owner . It feels even better to save $. Will highly recommend Horizon pools to anyone looking for anything having to do with pools. Thanks guys.

This is a top notch company! We recently used them for our pool remodel and had an excellent experience. Expectations were set in advance and they went above and beyond to deliver everything we expected. They truly know pools, pool equipment and service!
