I hate that there isn't a rating ABOVE 5 that I can give to Wade and Kathleen at Horizon Pools! First of all, Kathleen was the only person to get 3D drawings and estimates back SAME DAY. Once you call, you're instantly speaking to the VERY person responsible for all of the preliminary work. Timely, friendly, accomodating, and super efficient. In addition, a 90 day start-to-finish estimate was ALSO better than all competitors. Second, the quote was less than that of the competitors that had VASTLY WORSE customer service. Horizon did a wonderful job on our pool! We love the way it turned out! Wade and Kathleen are always available when you need them for any questions or concerns! Overall a wonderful experience!

They made our dreams come true! We can now enjoy our backyard thanks to Horizon Pools. Wade and Kathleen are very easy to work with, keep me informed during the whole process and did a great job and in a time better than expected.

Horizon Pools are very professional. Wade and Kathleen were very easy to work with, they listened to our wants and concerns and made our dream pool come true! Horizon pools was recommended by pools by Greg . Pools by Greg couldn’t get a small pool in our backyard , but horizon pools got the job done ! Thank you Wade and crew at horizon

This was my first experience in putting a pool in my backyard. I really didn’t know where to begin, but I did search many pool companies and decided that Horizon was for me. They took me through each step of the construction, answered all of my questions, were professional and courteous, and of course the price was right. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is a first time pool owner or if this is not your first pool… Go with Horizon you won’t be disappointed. I am so pleased with the end result.
