I contacted Hot Springs Pools and spoke with Ulysses about a new Heater so our family could use our pool spa for the first time in many years. I took some photos and he gave me a quote over the phone within hours. I agreed on the price and he ordered the heater the next day. Two days later the heater arrived and that same day Ulysses and his team installed it. Meet Ulices through Google for my regular maintenance on my pool. I not a fan of reviews however Ulices and his staff since day one have always have surpassed my expectations of great customer service and satisfaction. Always making sure that my wife and I are happy with his services and always asking if there’s anything else he can do to better serve us! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Absolutely the best! Ulysses even called me while he was on vacation. Very knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. My spa was repaired in a timely manner. Ulysses always answered my questions. It's great to know there are still good people out there.
