ProTouch Pool Services has been servicing my pool for several months now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Alan was very responsive and helpful when I first reached out to him. Technicians Apollo and Arian regularly service my pool. They are always prompt, punctual, and are both very friendly and personable. They even answered my questions and helped educate me on how to use my Pentair pool system. Cannot recommend ProTouch enough. I was referred to them on a recommendation for an issue I had with my pool pump. Both Kevin and Lance were incredibly helpful and spent time with me on the phone to help diagnose the problem and try different solutions to see if I could resolve the issue myself, resulting in finding a good temporary solution that same day, and without them charging a dime. They have earned my trust and I will use them for all future pool maintenance and repair work.

ProTouch Pool Services was great to work with in handling our Pentair repair. Lance was able to come out super fast and diagnose the problem. They were communicative and got the job done efficiently. I would highly recommend them for any pool needs!

I reached out to ProTouch Pools and was completely upfront from the beginning about the services I wanted to receive. Unfortunately, those services were not provided as agreed. The company came to my residence three times, and on two of those visits they left visible debris throughout the pool after they were supposedly finished. I documented the issue with photos and reached out to them, politely requesting help in rectifying the situation. I was told the issue would be addressed, but no follow-through ever occurred.
