My husband who normally takes care of our hut tub was out of town for an extended period of time - I called hot water drx for a one time drain and clean. Not only did they get me in quickly, they were communicative and had an awesome follow up as I wasn’t home at the time of service. My husband is gone a lot for military service and I’ll absolutely be using them again.

Hotwater DRX closed our pool last fall. When we went to open the pool this spring, we found that the return pipe had burst over the winter. We reached out to them to resolve the issue and, after about 2 weeks, they came out to see it. Before even seeing it they let me know there was no possible way it was their fault. Regardless, we were able to come to an agreement where I would dig out around the broken pipe and they would handle the repairs at their expense. I am a disabled Veteran, and I totally depend on my indoor hot tub to help with my daily aches and pains across my body. I have dealt with several different pool companies during my "career" as a pool owner! This is the best and most thorough job any company has done closing down my pool. They also provided me with the most affordable quotes for fixing various things (filter, pump, and heater). Very satisfied customer!

Extremely responsive and willing to work hard to make sure everything is done properly. We had several issues with our pool this year and they worked tirelessly to get everything going. Have been extremely impressed and would highly recommend.
