We went with Poseidon Pools for the first time. We needed a new company that we could stick with over the years and I believe we have finally found the right one! They were quick and great with communication. Answered quickly over email and phone. All questions were answered quickly and our detailed quote was sent over fast. The price was very fair and worth it. The service we got was the standard pool opening with the cover removal. The technicians were quick and thorough. So far very happy!

Did a great job! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Great team to work with. I wish I could remember the techs names so that I could give them a shout out, but I’m awful with remembering names! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Levi and Luke were prompt and knowledgeable. I got a lot of information and help without feeling rushed. Eric has been able to further help us work through water issues and help us navigate difficulties along the way. Would absolutely continue to use their services for all our pool needs.

I unfortunately got screwed from Poseidon pools to say the least last week. They charged me 630 dollars to come to my property for about 20 minutes total. They didnt let me know a time they were coming, they didn’t call or text before they came. They just showed up to my house. They took my cover off and poured some chemicals in and reinstalled my diving board. I had to have another company (hot water rx) come out the following day to actually get my pool open and in decent condition. They charged me 1100 dollars to spend two hours at my house, give me enough chemicals to last me through the …

Very disappointed with Poseidon Pools. The customer service was poor from start to finish. Communication was lacking, concerns were not addressed, and it felt like getting assistance was an inconvenience to them. What was most frustrating was being charged for work that essentially amounted to nothing. After paying for their time and service, the issue remained unresolved and there was little effort made to provide a meaningful solution. I expected professionalism and value for the money spent, but unfortunately received neither. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Poseidon Pools.

Poseidon has been caring for our pool for several years now, and have taken care of us every step of the way, but from last fall when they recommended us to get our pool painted, all the way until the finish this spring, they have been nothing but fantastic to the T!
