I cannot express my sincere gratitude to Howard construction. Phil and his whole team are exceptional. Phil personally is the first on and last off of every job. He truly cares about people and is one of the few reputable contractors out there. I would 100% recommend this company. They are meticulous, hard working, detail oriented and produce an amazing product/service. I love my home and I have Howard construction to thank for that!

We lost our home in the 2017 Tubbs fire and were agonizing over the mountain of decisions and challenges we would be facing over the next few years as we rebuilt.
